Privacy notice

What we do with your details.

This notice covers the MYCHA website. It describes what this site collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to match what the site actually does — nothing more.

What this site collects

Only what you type into the partnership application form: your name, company, email address, market or city, the cooperation model you are interested in, an optional indication of available capital, and your message.

The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your language preference is stored in your own browser so the page opens the way you left it; it never leaves your device and we cannot read it.

Why we hold it

To assess your partnership enquiry and to contact you about it. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.

Who sees it

  • The MYCHA partnerships team.
  • [FORM PROVIDER], which receives and stores form submissions on our behalf.
  • [HOSTING PROVIDER], which serves this website and keeps standard server logs.

How long we keep it

Applications that do not lead to a partnership are deleted after [RETENTION PERIOD]. Where a partnership goes ahead, the details are kept for the life of the agreement and for as long afterwards as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to enquiries@mycha.life and we will respond within [RESPONSE PERIOD].

Who we are

[LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], [COMPANY REGISTRATION NUMBER]. Data protection contact: [DPO OR CONTACT].

Before launch: every bracketed placeholder above must be filled in, and this notice reviewed by a qualified lawyer against the rules that apply where MYCHA operates — Georgian law, and GDPR wherever you market to or serve people in the EU/EEA and UK. This draft describes the site's real behaviour accurately, but it is not legal advice and is not a substitute for review.
