Partnership
Let's build it together.
A great brand is built by systems, not by luck. Behind every MYCHA store sits a full-cycle system — site selection, training, supply chain, operations, marketing and IT — proven first in Georgia before it is exported anywhere.
03 — Products
What brings customers back is what's in the cup.
Every series is built for repeat purchase and word of mouth — and gives a franchise store an edge that is hard to copy.
-
Signature Matcha
The red-green cup
Its eye-catching red-green gradient makes it a top seller for social shares and repeat orders.
-
Fruit Tea
Signature Mango Pomelo Sago
Its multi-layer flavour and photogenic look drive social sharing and high repeat purchases — a store favourite that brings steady profit for franchisees and builds a unique competitive edge.
-
Exclusive Innovative Line
Taro, lychee, purple yam
Innovative, trend-setting best-sellers that break free from homogeneous competition. Unique flavours drive social buzz and attract young customers; these exclusive items build solid product barriers for franchise stores and deliver sustainable long-term profits.
-
Seasonal Specials
A reason to come back each season
Seasonal releases create periodic consumption peaks. New arrivals drive repeat purchases, help franchisees capture seasonal traffic and keep the store fresh and competitive.
-
Innovation
A moat that is hard to copy
Continuous, unique new releases built on China's R&D and supply chain create brand identity and social talking points, keep stores feeling new, and help partners build a product moat that is hard to replicate.
-
Health Line & Hot Beverages
More customers, all year round
The health line widens the customer base, captures the health-drink market and builds a differentiated advantage. Hot beverages fill the gap in cold seasons and cold regions; a balance of hot and cold keeps sales — and franchise revenue — steady all year.
09 — Open markets
Where we are looking for partners.
Georgia is our launch market and already open. Europe, North America and the Middle East are target markets, and Central Asia is on the schedule — if yours is not listed, tell us anyway.
-
Europe
Paris · London
Strong purchasing power, and young consumers in Paris and London who welcome trendy tea. The market is undersaturated, which supports premium flagship franchise stores.
Target market -
North America
Miami · Chicago · Las Vegas
Tourist-heavy cities with open, inclusive beverage markets. Stores built to be shared build brand awareness across North America quickly.
Target market -
Middle East
Abu Dhabi · Qatar
Abu Dhabi and Qatar have high-spending customers with an appetite for premium treats. Low competition brings steady, profitable franchise returns.
Target market -
Caucasus
Tbilisi, Georgia
A prime Eurasian location with affordable start-up costs, an untapped tea market, and our cross-border base.
Open -
Central Asia
(On the schedule)
Central Asia is next on the schedule. Rising consumption is driving tea demand, and deploying franchises early secures a valuable first-mover advantage.
